All orders are handled and inspected by our logistics team:

  • Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods, sales, or new collection drops, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Note: Processing time does not include weekends or UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship from our UK and EU warehouses to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

3. Shipping Charges & Customs

  • UK & EU: Orders within the UK or EU typically do not incur additional customs duties.
  • USA Orders: For our US customers, import duties are often covered within the shipping price to ensure a hassle-free delivery.
  • International: For all other regions, any local import taxes, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched:

  1. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
  2. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.
  3. If you have not received a tracking update after 10 working days, please contact our support team.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Protect London is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
  • Reshipping: If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional reshipping costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Liability: Once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for theft or loss after delivery has been confirmed.
  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at our support email within 48 hours with clear photo evidence of both the packaging and the product.

7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to our warehouse because of:

  • Refusal of delivery.
  • Unpaid local customs/import fees.
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts.

The product cost will be refunded minus the original shipping charges once the package is safely received back.
